Pre-Commission Terms & Agreement

Your Vision, Our Artwork

Before finalizing your commission concept, please review the binding terms below carefully:

Artistic Freedom – You are commissioning a professional fine art tattoo artist who retains full artistic freedom during creation. Final artwork is shaped by the creator's professional experience, artistic knowledge, design intuition, emotional expression, technical proficiency and unique artistic vision.

Your Influence – Your personal ideas and reference materials serve solely as directional guidelines. This is an exclusive one-of-a-kind bespoke artwork made only for your private tattoo collection; repeated design revisions or arbitrary design overhauls are not included within the original commission scope.

Third Parties – All suggestions, feedback or requirements from any third-party individuals shall not be incorporated into the artwork design. This creative collaboration exists exclusively between the client and the assigned tattoo artist; the artwork is uniquely conceptualized and crafted for the commissioning client only.

Commission Deposit – After commission approval, a non-refundable and non-transferable initial deposit is required to reserve your production queue slot. Additional modification or supplementary artwork requests will incur separate additional service fees.

Personal Consultants – Our dedicated consultants guide you through every commission phase, answer all inquiries, coordinate project logistics and match you with an artist whose expertise best fits your intended artwork style.

Due to rigorous creative scheduling demands, all assigned artists require ample uninterrupted creation time to develop premium artwork for your private art collection.
